A fellow mom and actress messaged me on Instagram. She shared her frustration as a mom of two kids trying to pursue her dream of acting. She asked me how I juggle parenting so well since she always puts her kids first. My first reaction was "Really? I do?" So I filmed this video and wrote this in response to her question! Believe it or not, we are always meditating!!! When you are worrying, you are meditating on destructive, negative thoughts. When you are happy, you are meditating on happy and positive, life giving thoughts. We all have a choice! So make it a good one!

I felt "fat for an Asian" for a lot of years in my life. Thirteen long years to be exact. That's like over a decade. For most of my teenage years and twenties when I was suppose to be having fun being wild and free, I was instead dealing with two auto-immune diseases, had nine packs of blood transfusion at the Children's Hospital and well on my way to developing a binge eating disorder and severe depression.
