A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away. Every morning I try to have a smoothie for breakfast after I drink a glass of filtered water or warm water with lemon juice. If I eat a huge meal the night before, the next day I balance it out with a smoothie. It's affordable, convenient and makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my body.
